We are looking for a confident and target-driven Call Center Sales Agent to join YBIX. In this role, you will be making outbound calls to businesses to sell our core technology products: Troth (Customer Experience & Feedback Platform) and Odoo ERP solutions.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to pitch Troth & Odoo ERP
Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline
Understand client needs and provide software solutions
Consistently meet daily/weekly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Must Have

Exceptional communication and convincing skills
Prior experience in a call center or telesales
A confident, sales-focused, and target-driven attitude
Ability to work on-site full-time in Johar Town, Lahore
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Nice to have

Basic understanding of software/technology products
Previous experience in B2B tech sales
Familiarity with using CRM or ERP systems
