YBIX is looking for energetic and confident Field Sales Agents to promote and sell our business technology solutions. In this role, you will be actively visiting businesses to pitch our core products: Troth (Customer Experience & Feedback Platform) and Odoo ERP Solutions. 

We need a target-driven personality who is comfortable meeting decision-makers face-to-face!

Responsibilities

  • Visit local businesses to meet decision-makers.
  • Present and sell Troth and Odoo ERP solutions.
  • Achieve daily and monthly field sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close on-site sales.

Must Have

  • Strong communication and face-to-face selling skills.
  • A target-driven, energetic, and confident personality.
  • Prior field sales or B2B sales experience.
  • Own conveyance (bike/car) for field visits.

Nice to have

  • Basic understanding of software/technology products.
  • Existing network of B2B contacts in the local market.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems to log daily visits.
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills.
