As a QA Intern at YBIX, you will collaborate closely with software engineers, designers, and project managers to test, validate, and deliver robust digital products. You will work on real-world enterprise web applications, ERP modules, and automated workflows, learning best practices directly from experienced technical leads.
This position requires a sharp eye for detail, a critical mindset, and a passion for quality. We expect you to be proactive, curious, and eager to break edge cases to ensure our applications are intuitive, stable, and defect-free.
Responsibilities
- Execute manual functional, UI/UX, and regression tests across web and ERP platforms
- Identify, document, and track bugs with clear steps to reproduce and screenshots
- Validate user journeys, role permissions, and edge cases across system modules
- Retest bug fixes and verify releases alongside the development team
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT
- Strong understanding of the SDLC, STLC, and software testing principles
- Basic understanding of web technologies, databases, and client-server workflows
- Good written and verbal English communication skills to report technical issues clearly
Nice to have
- Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
- Basic knowledge of issue-tracking tools (GitHub Issues, ClickUp)
- Familiarity with ERP systems or complex business management software
- Basic understanding of SQL queries or browser developer inspection tools
